I began working with audio during my Liberal Arts degree, where I enjoyed the layers of storytelling that I could embellish research with, where subtle ambient sounds could communicate as convincingly as a sentence.
Peat-Fest South-West Bogcast
I recently scripted and edited a podcast series for Peat-Fest South-West. It was an incredible opportunity to explore my fascination with the medium. I decided to deviate from a more traditional podcast format, structured by interjections from a narrator, finding the absence of an authoritative voice reflected the egalitarian communities fostered by the festival. I employed my written work, introducing the podcast with a poetic piece inspired by the episode’s theme.
